Levi Beechy is a trainer and clinician in the equine industry. His unique approach to horsemanship is based on building a strong relationship between horse and rider, with an emphasis on communication and trust. Levi’s methods have proven to be highly effective, and he has helped countless riders and horses reach their full potential.
Owned and operated by head trainer Kayla Braun with facilities in Attica and Brown City, Michigan. Kayla specializes in versatile western performance horses, with a strong focus on ranch and working cow. Her training emphasizes building trust and developing confident, well rounded equine partners. Services include professional training, lessons, coaching, and sales of quality horses from started prospects to competitive show athletes.
Bill Thomas Performance Horses is a nationally recognized training facility located in Saginaw specializing in reining horses. Bill Thomas holds world championships for the 2010 ARHA, 2014 NRHA, and the 2017 FQHR World Round-Up Versatility and Show Horse Champion. Bill is also a FQHR Hall of Fame inductee as well as the MRHA's highest money-earning trainer of all time.
Trevor Walton has been training and coaching for over 35 years. He specializes in starting horses, reining, cow horses, and ranching, with an emphasis on cattle events. He holds multiple judges’ cards and has been judging for over 25 years, including judging the FQHR World Round up and Review as well as the ARHA World Show. Trevor is also a part of the FQHR judges committee. He resides in Riverdale, MI, with his wife Erica at Walton Performance Horses, where he trains alongside his son, Jarid Walton.

Jarid Walton is an accomplished horse trainer who shows on the MI-FQHR and NRHA circuits. Jarid has shown in the reining and cowhorse events since he was a youth and continued his passion with training horses as a professional at Walton Performance Horses in Riverdale, MI with his father Trevor Walton. As a professional in the equine industry, Jarid has earned a prestigious track record, including 2024 NRHA World Champion, Reserve World Champion, and numerous Top 10 World Standings in his career. Jarid’s passion for training horses is reflected in his dedication to both horse and rider, creating partnerships built on strong foundations, skill, and precision. Whether working with seasoned competitors or developing young talent, Jarid brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a genuine love to every horse he trains.
Tyler DeLange of DeLange Cutting Horses in Fort Gratiot, MI, is an NCHA World Champion, 2x NCHA National Champion, and NCHA carded judge with over $250,000 in earnings. Tyler has coached multiple NCHA World Finasts, Youth World Finalists, NCHA Eastern National Finalist, All American Quarter Horse Congress champions, Great Lakes Circuit Champions, and more. Open horses, Non Pros, Amateurs, youth, and aged events. Tyler offers training, lessons, coaching, clinics, and sales.
Cori Bothe of Bothe Proformance Horses located in Kawkawlin, MI provides specialized horse training services, building on her success in FQHR events to create tailored training programs for ranch riding, reining and colt starting, with experience with a variety of breeds.
Drew Kasper of Kasper Performance Horses specializes in creating well-rounded versatility ranch horses in and out of the show pen. Maeve Sharkey owns and operates Sharkey Performance Horses, specializing in reined cow horses, working ranch/cow horses, and well-rounded performance horses. She has achieved multiple World Championships with the Foundation Quarter Horse Registry, along with titles including Michigan Reined Cow Horse Open Futurity Champion and Michigan Reined Cow Horse Open Bridle Horse Champion, and has earned money with the National Reined Cow Horse Association. In addition to training and showing futurity and derby-aged horses, Maeve offers lessons for riders of all levels and welcomes haul-ins for those wanting to work with their own horses. Her program focuses on colt starting, tune-ups, and developing horses across a variety of disciplines.
Briana Hali performance horses specializes in reining, ranch, and colt starting. We take pride on putting a solid foundation on anything that comes into our program as well as helping owners understand how to communicate with their horse and have a successful partnership.
W. Brown Performance Horses, based at Chase Lake Equine Center in Fowlerville, MI, is a full-service equine training, breeding and show facility dedicated to developing both horses and riders to their highest potential. Owner and head trainer, Bill Brown, is a graduate of the University of Findlay, holding a BS in Western Riding and Equine Business Management. With a strong foundation in reining, Bill brings extensive experience across multiple disciplines including Western and English, offering a well-rounded and versatile training program.
